Job Descriptions and Roles

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, engagement and retention processes, through innovative practices and programs, that are in line with Pmsl Technology’s work culture
  • Be the interface between the management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, other issues
  • Responsible for development, engagement, motivation and retention of people
  • Maintain employee records, pay plan and benefits program
  • Set HR metrics and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs based on role requirements and work with respective functional heads to create training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of having worked as a HR Manager / HR Executive
  • Sound Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Undergrad / Postgrad degree in HR (or relevant field)
