Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment, selection, engagement and retention processes, through innovative practices and programs, that are in line with Pmsl Technology’s work culture
- Be the interface between the management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, other issues
- Responsible for development, engagement, motivation and retention of people
- Maintain employee records, pay plan and benefits program
- Set HR metrics and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs based on role requirements and work with respective functional heads to create training and development programs
Requirements:
- Proven experience of having worked as a HR Manager / HR Executive
- Sound Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Undergrad / Postgrad degree in HR (or relevant field)
