Our strategy for All Conference Alert was a combination of technical SEO, website indexing, organic search presence, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
First and foremost, we addressed the technical issues with All Conference Alert. The website had multiple canonical URLs of root including; index.php, index.html etc. We successfully redirected all those URLs to one URL. Also the event listing pages were using same page title & meta description, resulting in duplicate meta under HTML improvements in GWM (Google WebMasters). We implemented a dynamic meta-data strategy which not only reduced duplicate meta-data, but also populated relevant meta-data across thousands of listing pages.
Then we used on-page SEO to optimize page titles & descriptions, leveraged SEO-friendly URLs & page headers, updated sitemaps & robots.txt for better indexing, worked on page inter-linking, and boosted site loading speed. We did the keyword research & mapping for better search presence & organic traffic. On top of this, we created a content marketing strategy that focused on covering a broad range of topics on conferences and events resulting in better media outreach and helping All Conference Alert to rank for a larger keyword set.
All Conference Alert’s in-house off-page strategy was not up to the mark compared to its competitors’. Lack of linking back from high authority or popular domains resulted in poor show in search domain. Through a carefully planned off-page strategy, we drove high quality backlinks to the website. Moreover, we distributed those backlinks throughout all the web pages rather than quite a few pages which helped with increasing the overall domain authority.
We created social media profiles as well as content to reach out and connect with targeted traffic. We also collaborated on Google AdWords & Facebook Ads for better brand awareness.
On conversion optimization front, we worked on logo, theme color, and cross device compatibility for better user experience. Through performing analysis on data from user behaviour and insights, we restructured page categorization for a lower bounce rate (around 41%) and higher conversion rate across the website.
Out of 50 key search phrases selected, All Conference Alert is currently appearing for 30+ search phrases in No.1 position on Google. We grew their organic search visits from 100-150 per month to 15,000 per day currently. From social media alone, we get about 1000 unique visits to All Conference Alert website.
From last 2 months, All Conference Alert is getting around 3 lakh unique visits on average. Currently All Conference Alert is being listed as top 3 conference and event management company in India.
